The tenants’ committee of student village west shall hold a meeting of the tenants on Monday the 19th of October from 6PM onwards at our club room, the Kerhis. Pizza will be served and on the agenda, as usual, we have future events (various parties and a trip to the cinema, for example) and discussion about how to make everyone enjoy living in student village west more. On this meeting we shall select the new committee for the coming year and we hope everyone with even a passing interest on organizing events and such will turn up. Come to the club room in Student Village West to play board games and to get to know new people. Some snacks available.
There is a seond LAN party at Kerhis clubroom this summer on 20th to 23th of August. Have a nice geeky time with your neighbours by playing video games, drinking cola, shouting memes, and munching some snacks. The event is for tenants of Student Village West.
To attend you need a computer (laptop or desktop), 10 meter (30 feet) long ethernet cable (might be a shorter one will suffice, but be safe!), and extension cord with three slots. The event is ongoing (almost) around the clock but you can’t sleep at Kerhis so you have to go rest to your own appartement.
There are 16 seats, so you should reserve a place, if you want to ensure that you get a seat. Of course you are also welcome to come and visit us while the event is ongoing and ask whether we have free seats. To reserve a seat, fill this form: https://docs.google.com/

We shall go canoe upstream river Aura from Halistenkoski. For this we rent two-seater canoes. You may come with a friend but you are free to come alone and arrange things when you get there. We can accommodate up to 20 people and you register to the event using the form behind this link.
Two euros fill be extorted from you, which you may deposit beforehand to the account FI59 5144 0820 0144 92. Take proof of payment (picture with mobile is fine) OR two euro coin or bill with you to the event. In case of bad weather on the fifth, we will reschedule the event on the sixth, and, if the same occurs again, on the seventh.
