Tenants' committee has a meeting and decides about future events and other matters. All tenants of Student Village West are welcome to tell your ideas for events or just hang around and enjoy some snacks. If you have an idea or a comment that you think would be good to be talked about at the meeting, but you can't make it yourself, please contact us at tys.yklansi@gmail.com, and we shall talk about it at the meeting.

Tenants' committee has a meeting to prepare for the tenants' meeting the next day.

Tenants’ meeting has to be gathered once in a calendar year. In the meeting there will be a new tenants’ committee selected, budget for next calendar year will be approved, and any concerns by the tenants will be addressed. The meeting is held at Kerhis clubroom at 8D4. entrance from Tyyssija side of the building. Come and have some pizza and soda. (Vegan and non-pork pizza are available too.)

More details and the agenda for the meeting will be sent to tenants' emails at the latest one week before the meeting.
