We have to cancel the meeting, because no one remembered to send an invitation to the meeting. It is required by law to be sent one week prior to the meeting, so if we would meet the meeting could be made null and void.
To ensure the lawfulness of the meeting we’ll postpone and reschedule the meeting to later in the autumn. We’ll inform later about the new timetable.
Tenants’ meeting has to be gathered once in a calendar year. In the meeting there will be a new tenants’ committee selected, budget for next year will be approved, and any concerns by the tenants will be addressed. More precise information and the agenda of the meeting will be sent to the tenants via email.
