In Finland Mother’s Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May. Let’s make cards for our mothers with enough time for them to be delivered by mail! We’ll bring materials and some snacks.

Tenants’ committee has a meeting and decides about future events and other matters. All tenants of Student Village West are welcome to tell your ideas for events or just hang around and enjoy some snacks. If you have an idea or a comment that you think would be good to be talked about at the meeting, but you can’t make it yourself, please contact us at tys.yklansi([at])gmail.com, and we shall talk about it at the meeting.

Still haven’t sewed all the overall patches? Worry not! Let’s do it together and eat self-made doughnuts with coffee, milk, or mead. We have needles and string, but it’s better to bring your own too.
